My pass was booked and confirmed but the front desk isn’t allowing me to purchase a pass. What should I do?

If the front desk is not allowing you to purchase a pass contact us immediately via the chat feature on the localfitusa.com website, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, submit a request via localfitusa.com/contact/ or call us at 1-800-473-4519 if it is between 8am-6pm EST Monday-Friday. We will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible so that you can get your workout in and continue with your day.
